The fun just keeps coming!
Of course, my Cingular bill for January was incorrect. Or, should I say, BOTH bills were incorrect.
Another hour on the phone with a Cingular rep today, and my two accounts are allegedly combined and the duplicate charges refunded.
I won't believe it until I get a correct bill. Maybe next month?
